I've read through dozens of posts going back years and CDW has a pattern of laying off older workers. I will be calling an attorney regarding my recent layoff but is there an opportunity for collective action here?

@df I haven't signed a thing yet.
I am still here but know that age played a factor in many of the past layoffs and they sprinkled in some without seniority to make it look good. It you sue and ask those in the projects that were stood up to manage the terminations, I will be forced to tell the truth if you supena us. Fight this one because I feel dirty having done these in the last three go arounds.
@ar no because you've already signed your severance papers? No because you don't want to encourage a class action lawsuit? No because it would have no legs to stand on?
