Got an email for the EBOS town hall meeting on July 22. I suppose this is the day when my teammates and I will find out just how little we're needed, yeah?

And it’s been delayed until August 26th.
PHCO just had a town hall and nothing about the VSP was discussed- it was taking time off, work location policy that approved work locations must match your home address in workday, we are on track for 2026 goals whatever those are, and how much time was saved with automation. When VSP was asked about the shut the question down and said not discussing it in the town hall.

@as What state are you in? I’m in Provider Configuration and part of Operations. I didn’t get the email for a Town Hall on July 22nd. So I’m wondering if only certain plans/states are impacted by this.

come to think of it, I thought we got rid of all the EBOS gaity and rebranded it as something not-memorable. ha

@ar Enterprise Business Operations. Credentialing, configurations, provider data management, etc. Probably a whole lot more I can't think of right now.
