True capitalism would mean that highest cost positions such as CFO and CEO should move to low cost center first for biggest impact.

Yes, I agree, after 35 years (engineer) it’s nice to retire from EM. It took a lot of corporate surfing to make out the other end as a survivor. Yes, I came out a bit battered and beat up from toxic office politics; but, the family prospered off my wages so it’s all good. I now spend my retirement wine tasting and cultivating mj :))
