Projects get delayed, people take weeks to do simple tasks. No one responds for days on slack
It’s like you show up and do the absolute minimum to show you are somewhat productive.

Ford is a place where middle aged - old age people come to retire on the job.
The only ambitious sort are the ones with knives backstabbing their way up the leadership tree. That sort of ambition is of pure selfishness, greed and power hunger.
There is a very small contingent of true believers and world savers fighting the good fight but they flame out or are shoved out.
