Does ford credit the only business that need to RTO 3 days a week starting next year? Any other businesses? Please share, thanks in advance!

You will RTO if required regardless of what you get or don't get. If you really mean what you say, identify yourself!
Chicken.
I will only rto if I get my own office with walls, door, desk, locker so I can join webexmeetongs in peace
We have been in the office 2 days/week for 7 months now. The adoption rate is less than 5%. Similar to domestic EV adoption rates.
If everyone has to come in 3 days a week, but DF says there isn't room for everyone to be there at once, who is going to manage which days everyone can come in to ensure that those we collaborate with are there too?
Just come in for the first few weeks to assess the situation. Then start "working from the lab" or "working from the supplier". Then migrate (over time) to wfh.
We have been in the office 2 days/week for 7 months now and I can say one thing, it's pointless. Go in and sit on webex with FOE/FOM is ridiculous. There is maybe 5 percent collaboration in office and that is on a coffee break
I'm calling BS
Good! Everyone at Ford should be in the office at least 5 days a week if not more.
Heehee, DF just said I’m not going to say you have to be in the office. I’ll tell your leaders to do it.
@1ygm Ironic considering Fain didn't show up negotiations.
The UAW members can apply for white collar jobs if they want to WFH. Nothing stopping them.
This su-ks and is useless when my team won’t b there.
This is likely a concession to the UAW. Fain made a couple of comments about salaried WFH in his opening statements. It's been a sticking point with production workers since the start of the pandemic.
Let's do things that further drive away the remaining population that actually works.

That is incorrect. Experts have said a company's bottom line improves when employees work together in an office and collaborate. Look up the data if you do not believe. It's all there.
Ford leadership also concurs with this fact.
Why are only those in SE MI targeted? What about those who moved away or were hired in from other states?
They evidence shows that productivity has improved since wfh started. The facts are black and white, not Gray.
Brilliant timing. Lets make everyone drag themselves into the office right as winter starts.

“ The new building is at Mercury and Ford rd”
Which one???
Model e will be told tomorrow at the town hall.
Ford was moving towards closing office buildings and going to the “hotel”-style of just having a desk when you needed it back in 2019.
Now the commercial real estate investors are hurting because workers aren’t commuting, buying work clothes and going out to eat at lunch. Greedy governments want the tax money.
So they put out the word: Get your people back in an office or face the wrath of the regime.
Say goodbye to an hour or two wasted each day driving back and forth so you can attend WebEx meetings at your unassigned desk. Start budgeting for those high gas prices and car maintenance costs again, work clothes and lunches. This is effectively a pay cut.
Oh, and don’t forget sharing all your coworkers’ kids colds and flus!

I warned you all! Can't wait to see you brave big talkers defy this.
Out of curiosity, what is the new building for FMCC to report to in Jan?
It is for Ford credit se mi to report to new building on Jan 2. Is there a mile cap in place
Not going to happen in PD. Our leaders are afraid on having to talk to staff.

No email for my group either. I doubt we will since our leadership is all outside of SE Mich. they sure aren’t moving here.
