There is no point in giving much to this company. The stock price is in the garbage, there is no long term future here. Milk as many paychecks as you can and apply outside.
None of us will have jobs in next 2 years at most. Jim Farley is too busy wasting money with his d-mb son on the road instead of steering this company in the right direction

I do understand that life circumstances prevent people from leaving the Ford table and their way of dealing with the toxic disrespectful culture is to disengage and twiddle their thumbs.
Pity the Ford employees who have only worked for Ford and have normalized the toxic culture and propagate/tolerate the abusive toxic culture. The Ford walking wounded either feel this is what they deserve / can’t do better / waiting their turn to kick others. “The axe forgets, but the tree remembers”
There is hope; get out; once the oppressive veil is lifted you will be so glad you are out of the toxic soup.
