I accepted a job offer which is a bit lower pay but I won’t miss all the Metrics I had to hit as an RSC at COR. Won’t miss the Toxic work environment also, I was at a Corporate store for 5 years & will NOT miss the Escalations we get on a daily basis from Target, Fry’s, 3rd Party etc. Honestly I made great money here but it’s not worth the stress! I was always in the Top 3 in my Level 3 Store, but I think the pay cut might be worth it. I still have friends at Verizon & T-Mobile if I ever want to get back into this industry, LOL they were all Managers that Quit AT&T.

Wishing you much happiness.
Serious question. What exactly did you do at your COR store? The stores in this area have had little to no traffic and that’s including all 3 of the major carriers. Last couple of times I dropped by a AT&T store there were 5-6 employees sitting at the desks on their cell phones and no customers. Had a problem with my phone and had one person helping and 3 standing around the desk looking and listening because they were bored out of their minds.
Fry’s electronics? If so, they filed for bankruptcy 3 years ago and I recall they closed all of their stores.
smart
I resigned years ago, AVP is a great gig.
McDonalds has counter salesmen. You missed your calling.
Congrats. I’ve never worked in a retail store. They look like he-l.

What state did you work in ? And I guess like all COR stores, most management had less than 6 mths as a sales rep and were promoted and had no clue and stepped back down! Very common here in the Gulf States!
Congratulations!
Wish you all the best with your new job!
