Please tell me why an American citizen would like to join Intel. Culture is toxic, people are way below average, compensation is sub-par, "leadership" is incapable etc. People who are Citizens and blessed to be American, have NVIDIA, Google, Meta, and other better companies. Intel runs because of H1B as they are the only ones to join the toxic company. H1b join the company because they have limited options.

Best engineering talent go to those companies. My friend at Broadcom told me it’s a negative to have Intel in my resume. Toxic prejudice from those arrogant companies :(
Because they are terrible at their jobs and do not deserve some of the roles they are in.
I am just talking about the USA Citizens. If you are lucky to be citizen, why would you work at Intel. Either you are a toxic person like Intel, laze or not smart. There are plenty of jobs you can get. Go to interview websites and study as if there is no tomorrow. You will get the job at NVIDIA. Intel is toxic and is a place for H1B workers who don't have a choice or the worst of the worst.
There are enough "American" citizens who need tech jobs that are being whisked away by H1Bs. Soo many students (American citizens, born, raised, schooled in America) have entered EE/CS/Business/Stats fields who are not getting jobs.
