Compensation at Intel is generally higher than similar roles at small companies but lower than at other big tech players. Most doing the switch will likely end up in smaller companies.
Low comp losers complain because they can’t get higher pay elsewhere.
Pretty sure many of them will get laid off.
@OP+1tPxAnxs Compensation is hella low, what the he-l are you talking about? How do you know we will be making $0, loser? We are getting jobs elsewhere before the ship sinks: not the same thing you can say for yourself.
