I am new to this site and reading through it is shocking. The venom that is being thrown around here while everyone pretends to be nice to eachother at work is insane. Hiding behind a keyboard isn't something any one of us should spend our time on. We all play a role in making the business good or bad. We all play a role in the culture. Senior leadership isn't perfect but what are we doing as individuals to make it better? Are you being efficient, reducing capital spend, increasing revenue, meeting deadlines, lifting up your coworkers, educating leadership of the challenges or coming up with realistic solutions? If you want to ensure your future, come together and do your best to support your team mates and the business. Complaining won't fix anything.

Is that business support, I mean it's bad enough you can't speak your mind at work of course but you want to come on here and tell people what they can say in their off time if people want to come here and b and moan that's what they do you don't own this f website a f off. And if this is not somebody with business support you must be very insecure with your job now that you're so f afraid that you want to come on here and to tell people "You're not being productive we're not going to make it, quit coming on here You're making morale bad" you f* baby.

@OP, it seems like you're a bit upset, chill - we're just exchanging opinions here. Some people are frustrated, some aren't, but we generally keep the discussion respectful - personal attacks and insults aren't common here.

I don’t usually preach to others about how they should spend their free time, but if this space isn’t vibing with you, maybe you could explore other boards that align more with your values.

The fact that this company is not completely in the the toilet is because of a testament to the ICs taking accountability. It has nothing to do with senior leadership. They are working with no resources, no help and with the constant treat of being fired each day. Yet they hit there KPIs. So maybe you should take accountability as a senior leader bc you are the reason we are in this mess. Yet no one has taken accountability senior leadership blames covid, the carriers and the fed. Yet not one has had the guts to say. We messed up and it is our fault.
