In one leak, a high-level leader accidentally admitted that Ford executives and HR actively monitor TheLayoff.com. After a Field-led meeting, management cautioned, “do not post this information on the layoff site,” implicitly confirming they read it. Posters noted that Farley’s staff – even media like the Detroit Free Press and WSJ – keep an eye on the discussions. This suggests that despite the breakdown in formal communication channels, the candid feedback from rank-and-file employees is reaching the top. Whether it prompts change is another question, but it at least forces executives to confront the morale issues, grievances, and skepticism running through the company in 2025, especially under model-e and the rampant temporal murmurs that consistently have disappeared on the board shortly after on Human Rights Violations.

I hope the worthless top of the company reads this.
Hey DF, MJ, AF, JF, BF, and every other hack tasked with destroying an American icon. We all hate working at Ford. No one likes it, and they never will because you value short term value over growing a strong high performing business.
You copy and paste from big tech, but you mf’ers are never gonna be like big tech. You are literally never going to be remembered in history. I know that stings, but your resume where you claimed to deliver big things at other companies is really shining at Ford. Let me tell you, shareholders are so happy with all the winning.
Losers, high paid losers. Not even worthy to drink the left over backwash from our water bottles.
Thanks for ruining a true American brand by making it into a Chinese wannabe broken computer.
Field’s team is failing in Palo Alto. They just won’t tell you. When it comes out, it’s going to make Ford the new Stellantis, expect them to sell to the a foreign investor.
The issue comes when they take advantage of the more impressionable and trick the individual. Our younger kids without experience. They time it just right to ambush them. Similar to how they sign them on (through an explosive offer). They give a very short window, they blindside and lead them on into thinking one thing which is far from reality. I have reviewed a non-public case study on this from Ford and it seems they tend to try to make the individual as vulnerable as possible intentionally. It may not be private for long though.
Here is what I will tell you. When they lay you off do not accept their severance. Do not sign their agreement.
Hire a lawyer and sue.
Learn from my experience. Got laid off August 2022. Signed the agreement, took my pentance. Got sc--wed on the bonus the next spring (67% perf rating despite being a high achiever). Coworker hired a lawyer, sued and got a very nice settlement.
Sue. Don't sign.
Did they lie through the system? Or does the system require reform. That is a big difference. Not acknowledging you calling people to towelheads because that adds literally nothing productive to this. And what is your take among American born “towelheads” (your words). Same sentiment?
Here's a hint. Any posts that talk about how positive the direction and future of the company is....especially with model e is a troll post.
Any post that describes how much this place is turned into the drizzling $hit$ is for real
...the candid feedback from rank-and-file employees is reaching the top.
And guess what, they still don't GAF.
Shut up and get busy improving quality. Not sure if you saw but there was another recall of 50k today
What are you doing to improve quality of this company?? It is your responsibility you know
@OP. I am not surprised. A few years ago, during one of the layoffs season, my LL6 at the time admitted that he visited this site.
I think their age group calls it as yap now-a-days @OP+1jpqb6rah

How much Crack did you smoke before writing that babble
They don’t. They are too busy watching their house to be dealing with internet speculation and fear mongering. Like adults
I highly doubt Ford leadership has the time to look at posts made in this forum.
Let’s apply some domain driven design to your comment so we can better understand what you mean by foreigners in efforts to best prevent context collapse through maintaining a glossary of ubiquitous language.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sure...
TheLayoff = The Real "Pulse" Survey...
I witnessed a thigh level manager asking about something that was only written on this site. They all read it, and I think “paid advertising” includes getting posts removed.
Here’s is a real comment: Ford discriminates against people of age.
Ford makes no attempt to communicate dissatisfaction with performance or allow older people to find other areas of the company that need their skills and experience. Ford just fires them and replaces them with young foreigners.
i think you know and understand all to well.
Wow, my comment really confused the bots. What rubbish
How do they know what posts are real and which are just troll cr-p from people like me?
