if you are a current employee it is absolutely in your best interest to give fidelity the lowest possible scores, same with glassdoor. why would you give management and leadership any additional leverage?

@a1 working until you die with pay that will never compensate for value is okay for you? Those chairmen shares are glorified IOUs. They actually treat associates like we're id--ts. Mediocrity is a choice, one Fido makes every day. Its the Cathy Woods meets Katy Perry Goddess Astronaut of brokerages. Meritocracy rofl if giving the best slob job is merit based than yeah man.
