GSC and COE will vanish. These were established by the so called consultants 10 years ago. It was not sustainable

@ak The GSC transfers of Poland, Costa Rica and Philippines to India will occur in phases.

@ag How did you know? I was thinking they were planning to shut down the PL, CR, and PH GSCs and move those operations to India. If I'm not mistaken, I also heard there's an ongoing 3M GSC India.

You are in good shape. There’s no plan to lay off ppl in PH like the other two. In fact a lot of the work will move there. Poland was a disaster. Costa rice is one continuous Latin soap opera. PH is subservient.
