I don't understand how they think they can pay bottom dollar and expect top performance. It makes no sense. But it seems to be logical to the id--ts in charge.

@a1 you dont deserve the salaries you ask, you earn it.
Login at 7Am , do some bs work for 4 hours , 11pm 12 pm is the lunch time. Do same bs for 2 more hour and then its a problem for an h1b to solve. Thats does not gonna cut it.

H1bs in oracle get paid more than any american 10 out of 10 times. Sue them , probe them , it does not matter. I know cause i get paid more than anyone in my team. Bye now

May be upgrade your skills so Businesses dont have to hire people from outside.

Agree with the comments regarding cheap labor resulting in poor quality work and ultimately customers leaving. What I am unable to reconcile though is the revenue seems to be increasing.
There’s enough of young, naive g-ns who will work 24/7 and make management think they can squeeze everybody.
Ya get what ya pay for and if everyone smiles, says “YES, we can do that on schedule” then things will be fine - at least for a little while (long enough to get that C-level bonus).

There are enough weak-willed bootlickers out there, accepting these terms and driving salaries down for the rest of us.
