Any confirmed info regarding location strategy for consumer lending? It seems like there’s been nothing communicated in months.

the unknown is a real moral buster. Was told recently I'll be impacted by location strategy this year, but they couldn't ke wouldn't give me a date . Really hard to stay motivated about work.
There is no such thing as location strategy, it's just made-up words.
Location Strategy is just an excuse to lay people off with a built in defense for claims of discrimination.
There will be many in remote and non-core/non-specialty markets left.

For Auto, they haven't said anything. A year ago, we were told we are all on the chopping block if remote. A few have been let go, but not as many as I would have thought.
