Well more than a decade of doing good work at or below market. Currently work in a position where I am Easily in the top half of performers. EASILY. Death waits for now man. Just got notified my position has been eliminated and last day is 2/20. "Take the day", but BAU expected until then. Severance portal opens at 1pm ET.

@af Our team was already spread thin, can't really imagine what this looks like moving forward for the team or anyone who relies on us.
Uggg, I work with so many people in TPD. Not sure how we fill this gap. Are they just cutting teams in size or disbanding teams?
@ad SD wouldn't discuss severance specifics with me beyond: it won't be as good as an enhanced VSP, but likely to be what we expect. Portal opens at 1pm ET. I'm assuming 2 weeks/yr of svc.

@ab OP here -- good luck! Odds are you don't deserve it and will ultimately be better for it.
Also in TPD here and a high performer. My 10m call is at 10am with my AD.
