The group of DEI team got cut and re-orged

I do wonder about Chandler ADA. There are some areas of the break room that seem unfriendly for mobility issues.
I thought the DEI teams were dismantled a while ago. I'm all for DEI, but we don't need a whole team + and exec running those programs. We're laying off people left and right, measuring in-office, activity, etc. DEI teams are easily to dismantle b/c they don't produce anything that can't be done thru policy, hiring, etc. There are still diversity network, etc.
And funny enough, hallways in Chandler at least are so narrow I'm surprised they meet ADA guidelines.
DEI isn't dead-- we're just not paying for people to pretend they're doing stuff around DEI.
"the group of DEI team" Speaks volumes about the kind of people who get worked up over this lol
We heard you the 10,000 other times you posted this
Most orgs are just reassigning the DEI people into similarly irrelevant do nothing roles so dont expect any of them to actually lose their jobs or be expected to produce anything of value.
Excellent news. The extremes of both parties will have one less thing to fight about as DEI goes the way of the dodo.
Having an entire set of people who's sole job it is to fight for whatever DEO is defined as in the last 5 hours was a waste of time, and a distraction.
I wonder who the right wingers will whine about next when Wells fails to transform into a pure meritocracy
@ad - Ok, sorry we replaced your cardiologist with a witch doctor from Papua New Guinea, due to DEI, good luck !
Not true. Still there - go look them up
Oh no... who will the underachievers now blame when a minority is chosen for a position?
There is satisfaction in DEI no longer being valid.
It was always just smoke and mirrors 😂
@a3+1k8tqzk9s They'll still be whining about it because it's a way to distract the flyovers from the state of the economy
Awesome!
Great. So stop bringing it up every other post.
