@OP that number in outlook includes contractors. I'm looking at a headcount file from Monday and the actual number of OT employees is 19,904 which is down from 19,909 from last week. We've been under 20K employees for MONTHS
That number changes daily. Don’t put too much stock in that. I tried this years ago and found it unreliable.
