Update, FLS threatening current workers with the over staffing possibility saying that now current wage slaves have competition for their jobs. So absorb all these hands from management mistakes and now have your own job be challenged from competition that they created.
Work and stress yourself to death for the illusion of keeping your position. Absolute toxic management. BR is a cesspool, make sure you have the right legacy last name to compete
I had the impression that Adhesion business is strong...
What happened? I didn’t see an announcement.
With China-1 on-line, the Baton Rouge plastics plant will not be exporting to the Peoples Republic of China and may very well be "defensive" in any global market in the on-going global tariff war that the Trump Administration is attempting to use as a negotiating tool around the world.

Announced early in the morning. Wage slaves will be dispersed around BR and offered openings in TX. Business needs first, no real choosing. 20 hands or so. Meanwhile a fresh hiring class at a couple sites.. received a fluffy corporate jargon briefing. These people are insufferable. We need a mass management cleanse.
Management knew this would happen for months, bunch of cowards.
Sell your XOM stock if you have not already.
@a6 only bad if you’re wage. I know quite a few frontlines in Bmt made CL30 money for a year and broke historical records. FAFO if you want to USW.
But the union soldier and his buddy are there.
Baton Rouge folks prepare thy an-s. More bad news coming and probably a lockout next year! FUN TIMES!
More DCPD for Proxxima baby! Lol
