What department are you guys in that are getting 4-6k bonuses??
B5 .. 0% raise and 1.27% Bonus. BoA su-ks.
B5 E/M 3.4% increase and $6200 bonus
100 RSU
Hey team, our fearless leader also took a pay cut! “Brian Moynihan's compensation for 2023 was $29 million, which represents a 3.3% decrease from his $30 million pay in 2022.”
@aw+1jjpmh973 The B6s in my group got a permanent bonus several years ago. HR took an average and gave it to them as a pay raise. Some make more than our B5s who are not OT eligible.
B4, E/M, 3.8% raise, $8k bonus
@ay+1jjpmh973 Congrats on your exceeds, lol
Who would be giving them a free half week of work without getting a raise or bonus?
I call BS on the 60 hour workweek.
No bonus , 5% raise
Anyone that didn’t get their information might get it on Friday. This way you can feel down over the weekend and start back fresh on Monday. Do more with less means you do more and get less.
I got no bonus and no raise. But I can look forward to 50-60 hour weeks
Honestly it’s a really difficult time of year. I already know I will receive something demoralizing. Then the manager will turn around and goal set while I’m still reeling from another kick in the nuts. But work harder people, harder.
- 2% merit 7.5k bonus on a e/e :/
@ar+1jjpmh973 Collectively in the past 10 years my total raises amounted to about 12K. It must be nice to have a raise and a large bonus. Being in B6 and NOT eligible for bonuses, makes my pill extremely tough to swallow each year. There are B5's and above in my group that complain when they have to talk to customers. I get yelled at by customers because of bank policies established by B5 and above. Customers get mad and hang up on me because I do not speak Spanish. The best is when I received calls for another department that do not want to support their customers. And finally, customers want to talk to the manager and the call is forwarded to one of my teammates pretending to be in a supervisory role. Answering calls is not my primary role, but I get penalized in my rating if I do not answer enough of them. It is just an excuse for justifying my M/M as a B6. Yes, I am not thrilled to read about your bonuses.
- 0% Bonus 2%. They continue to manage headcount downward by making people miserable enough to want to quit. "Responsible Growth."
B5, VP. 0% Merit. $5k+ bonus.
- 5% merit & 12K bonus
I still haven't received any information on either so looks like I'll be getting 0 and 0 if anyone needs me I'll be sitting here twiddling my thumbs
B4 havent seen a raise in a decade. Bonus down and not even 30% of the real estate taxes on my home. In fact not even on par with just one paycheck. I can tell you that nobody in my office (which is an embarrassing dump of a place) could care less about this bank anymore. Nobody wants to go the extra mile. Nobody cares about asset quality. It’s all just about figuring out how to keep Bank of America out of our lives without getting fired now. And we’re not exactly processors either, we present for the risk decision to made upon. Only a matter of time now for the problems to start to find their way onto the balance sheet for the next downturn.
0% merit as a M/M … bonus flat from prior year (which was already 30% less than the year before)
seems every year I go backwards in comp while the cost of living is 3x as much and we are expected to do the job that used to take 3 people
Bull S#*%
@ @a8+1jjpmh973. Can I send you my valentines wishlist so you can spend your bonus wisely 😂
E/E. 4.5% merit, bonus just over $5k.
Global Ops in De.

I got an 8% Raise and $7K bonus
