Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Is Stock Together over?

Since this is part of our compensation, and we’re into the 2nd quarter, did we all get a pay cut for this year?

'Bunch of useless executives,
Where is HR ??
someone from HR / Benefit should communicate to us why there is a delay in posting on our account'

You need to interact with the HR 'BOT' - or you will never get any answers. You are on your own to figure these things out.

@k1, "strike price" = price at which you sell or redeem shares.
"Grant price" = price at which the company grants you shares.
Big diff.

The only comp sheet I saw so far is the one for 2024 end of year a few weeks ago. Stock Together is clearly listed in it, so that means it is happening. I have seen no NEW comp sheets, someone said they got one below...not sure what that is. I am happy they waited until now to release the strike price, the stock is higher than it was in March, although now with the administration tanking everything I guess we'll see where it goes.

@fj+1jqrqj8xf - 2026 and 2027 unvested grants are just the ones given last two years in 2023 and 2024. Nothing has been added yet for 2025...if any ever will be

Check in NetBenefits. Click on Verizon LTI Plan. You should see unvested grants for 2026 and 2027.

For the person asking what a comp sheet is. It's a compensation sheet, which tells you what your salary is, your increase and new salary, target STI amount, how many LTI stock you get and things like that.

Comp sheets, said grand date to be decided pending board approval in March. Crickets so far... A bit worrisome.

Not surprised the ball was dropped on communication with so much offshoring. Hr split into VGS to destroy American lives and jobs before going back to HR. The leaders celebrated the savings with an army of overpaid project managers to make charts gloating about their indifference towards humanity in favor of savings and bonuses. The culture is demented and sick.

What's a comp statement?

Red dropped the ball on communicating it with all the HR changes (read outsourcing to India) but it is in your comp statement today.

Didn't you read your communications sheet last month? No it's not over. In fact with this delay it should be more valuable than ever if the stock price holds up.
