The managers that are claiming offices by printing out their names on a piece of paper and taping them on the office. Then, the office goes unused for weeks while other compliant employees are scrambling for space.

The neighborhood seating is the most comedic thing ever. Even more-so since it was implemented during the oh so scary covid times with heightened awareness of passing/receiving the virus

I see the see a lot of leaders who have employees directly reporting to them that make no sense whatsoever. These directs would normally report to a lower level leader.

It’s all a matter of self preservation and a numbers game that they are playing. They want to look important by inflating the number of their directs in order to dodge leadership layoffs when staffing levels are reviewed.

I’m really surprised they get away with this from a cost savings perspective.

We have one here. From day one he took an office and made it his own. He has his name both outside and inside plus personal stuffs all over. He went to India for weeks and no one could use the office.

I know you’re talking about the Concord office! Everyone dips into those offices regardless of those little pieces of paper. I’ve even ripped them off and walked in.
