Can anyone share the salary band ranges and CO for PSG 24, 25 and 26? Thank you.

“How much social security”: Obviously Chevron employees on the USA payroll pat the same into the system as everyone else…. It is not company specific.
How much social security do Chevron pay?
Those rates do not include bonus or, for 26 and above, stock options. Also note when comparing offers from other companies that Chevron’s pension payments can be almost 50% of salary.
wqr seems about right. If its off it is not by much. Rule of thumb is each psg is 15% higher plus the cip so about 20% total comp.
