@bk I don't think it's based on age at all. Probably job description, possibly salary, but not age as a raw variable.

@OP I’m curious how many of the employees cut were over 50? My dept cut most of the core team members and we were all older than 50 with those left under 40.

@OP Maybe they will restart the process next Tuesday or Wednesday. Generally FIS Leadership do not like employees to enjoy the long weekends.
