Well cost of living in Ireland is about 90% of that of USA at the moment, disregarding the major outliers, but take home pay is only about 60%..

We got hr message to push us to join Dell Ireland last night.. so basically dell fire and hire in both Israel and Ireland.

The previous redundancy package was equivalent to six weeks' pay for each year of service: two weeks' statutory redundancy (capped at €600 per week and tax-free) plus four weeks' ex gratia payment. You can ask AI to calculate the estimated net amount you would receive.

Also, if you are made redundant, you may be eligible to claim Jobseeker's Benefit of up to approximately €450 per week for the first three months, subject to meeting the qualifying conditions.
