Went through PSMS training a while back and they harped on needing “psychological safety” as a need for people to thrive at work. I guess that only applies to those with a wrench in hand. I’m not looking for a hand out but it would be nice to not feel like I’m on a 1year contract for the next decade to survive the PA games. So much for psychological safety.

Preach!
@OP I think PSMS is great, fantastic concept and the Houston team were so good
@af HR in Clinton is a cluster still, even after the two nut jobs dr-g up.
@a3 please say more. Personally I think PSMS and all the clowns rolling it out are are absolute joke
There is no psychological safety.
You every word and actions will be recorded to use against you when it suit those who wield power. You won’t even know who said negative things against you. Or to defend yourself.
When you report someone for misdeeds such as harassments, there will be retaliation. When you try to reach HR, no one answer or willing to provide help. At best they send you a form to absolve them of any responsibilities.
It’s a ssh*t company.
Don’t get me started on Safety.
