@af
That's because the Legg org is filled with outsiders that have no clue. Top heavy org of poor leaders.

Yup... it was birthed by new hires that had no knowledge of system architecture or process. They just pushed out a FMO concept and have been backpedaling ever since.

That's what happens when you don't value the experts. You have newbies building and breaking.... it's a vicious cycle and millions $ wasted.

I called bullsh-t on that project 5 years ago. There should be a dozen heads rolling for that failure.

@b0

Accenture and infosys sc--wed up service now and sfdc for all of us. We had so many people who knew these tools way better. In my org, we outsourced all of the sfdc and snow teams and kept a handful of architects who ended up delivering the only stuff that worked.

T2F is the same thing. Vendors are only invested insofar as they can bill us. They simply don't care. They make the more the less they work. They don't fix bugs because defects are zero points! Its a great big shill and we are the marks.

Accenture is smart player, they milked ATT good and moved on greener pasture, after they were blamed big time last year, when offshores messed up

Can you describe the failure? What part is failing? Is performance slow? Too many bugs? Bad requirements? Bad testing? Too many outages? The vendors are doing the best they can. There has to be some good, right?

I am tippy top supervising supervisor. As wise man of said project, one can do the asking What part of ticket 2 riding is not failing. We do have situate where the blind guy can do also the leading of other blind guy. There is soooo much of coding we can not do any more of the codes. Each of days I am told do not do the lifting and shifting!! but still they do asking of square pegging of the holes in the round. Sooo frustrate!!! Custom custom custom but still simple service cow does not do the mooing when we squees the teet!!!! Frustrate!!

@a4 Ticket 2 Ride, the most corrupt, nothing sandwich project to ever have graced the accounting books of AT&T.

What about ABS's Project True North? No accountability for the VPs and AVPs over there!

Don’t you worry your pretty little bald head about it. The clown Jeremy and our resident baldie Sleepy Ward Chewy have it covered. The Indian offshore delivery teams are on it. They have the best call center coders conversing with their team lead at this very moment trying to figure out which of the user stories were translated incorrectly from english to Hindi.

While they figure that out, get the golden shovel ready to shovel another load of untraceable cash to TechM, IBM and ServiceNow to grease the wheels mediocrity and bull$hit. Let us not forget a little juice on the side as those that look the other way get paid on the back end.
