Corporate America, including Wells Fargo has been nothing but a source of wealth for the CEOs and executives. They don’t give a cr-p about any of the worker bees who make their salaries and bonuses possible go rake go rough a house go build something do something meaningful with your life because the corporate life will do nothing but drag you down and lower your morale

Boo hoo. Mean old corporate America pays you money and benefits to do a job that you voluntarily sign up to perform. The fact it upsets you that they dont read you a bedtime story before bed is your problem. Guess what, the government nor practically any other organization in existence gives a #### about you either. Grow up mo--n.
Corporations exist to enrich shareholders (and top executives). That's the mission. Employees well being, sustainability, DEI, philanthropy, community impact, and all the other initiatives are just window dressing. They are the first to be cut when profits are squeezed.
