I’ve read that they were doing 60% - 80% cuts in home lending, has anyone heard this from a reliable source? I also keep reading that CCS and HLA are amongst those being laid off. Has anyone heard about CDA’s being let go this round?

Why would they be shut down? How do you know they laid of “a lot” of them? Sounds like this round is a big one regardless.
They laid off a lot of LMs/SLMs in all sites this afternoon. CD, Relo and branch teams were all hit and HLAs are tomorrow. It’s likely Mil and Jax are getting shut down

Any solid word on whether just centralized HLA or also field HLA? Also CCS aligned with field versus centralized? Branch sales center HLA’s? Manila didn’t escape prior cuts either but I get that they’re taking more rolls on now.
I have heard that there is a massive layoff on 2/8/23 across the board. We can't be surprised due to volume. HLA/ CCS/ CDA/ Underwriting
All I know is there are people training Manilla CDAs to learn purchase. My only concern is how well the work is going to be
@afk+1l3hghXt - someone earlier stated that they plan to layoff ALL of CDA so I assume that is where the OP got 60-80%. Just rumors saying CDA is being moved to 100% Manila and is getting shut down states side.
Layoffs are coming, I just don't know the size of them.
