How in the world does Korte's organization get away with 300+ staff managers working remote & non-hub?
They have them tagged as "market support" which is total bullsh-t. They sit behind a desk all day. They aren't in the field.

My group is MS and required to be in 5 days a week. The ms designation was given because we might be out of the office a few hours during the day sometimes.

Over here in the previous King organization, we have the designation of "Market" for FTEs that support the labs. We are not supporting the market in Willows, Austin, Middletown, Warrenville, or San Ramon. All supervisors and directors are on Dallas, with exception of the entitled director that gets to stay in San Ramon.
@ag I laugh at that whole smoke screen. Greg Torretta under the Leg Organization let go of all the people he RTO'd and let the remote workers fly under the radar. Only us office workers in Dallas were 100% safe. The other office workers, not so much. We were told they are done with lay offs until next year.

Most of Korte’s org is 5x in office and has been for a long time. So 300 out of 30,000 are not 5x. Go look at other orgs and get back to me. Leggs org is still 3x or fully remote. So are many others.

No, market support is 3 days only, because they are supposed to travel and be in the field. I have coworkers who changed positions and become MS and they indeed do travel a lot.

The indicators don’t really even mean anything. The people who abuse the system still will do it, regardless of the MI.
There is a lot of fat in this org. 3 days in a random office and 2 days at home. Sooner or later there process managers will get cut along with GMs.
