A few days off used to be enough to reset, but now it's not even close. I don't think any amount of time away would make me actually want to come back here.

You get unlimited VTO, 80 hours per year of 'giving back' opportunities of your choice, family leave (when needed) and the list goes on and on. Cisco is more generous with time off than most companies. Look at your options under Global Benefits / Time Off and quit griping. If you don't want to come back, then don't.
@ah lol everyone knows "unlimited" PTO is a productivity paradox.
OP, if no amount of time off will help you reset than I guess their is no benefit in giving you time off.
You get unlimited personal time off. Name literally any other industry that would give you that.
Yes and VTO is too contingent on leaders acceptance
