You should be very afraid every Monday through Friday from 9am to 11am. That way it will be much harder for them to surprise you.

I'm wondering if the July-September time frame will be an ER to get rid of more of the older, higher paid people? With the RSU change, laying them off end of year would allow them to take those RSU's and more likely to leave.

@aho+1rufhcIH, that sounds like wishful thinking. If that was going to happen, that would have happened under MM when she was having to cut costs because she wasn't increasing revenues.

Don't get me wrong, it's what needs to happen, but it won't.

Liz just confirmed she is data dependent and will decide 2025 budget soon - data and guts. She will identify multiple layers of management contributing nothing, but making a huge dent in Cisco bottom line. Brace for useless layers of managers and directors be purged and Cisco reporting line minimized to five or six - just the way it was during Chambers days. These non-contributory managers need to be very worried 😟.

Stealth layoffs are always happening. Next substantial LR is in end-April to May. And then again a mass cull in July-August.
