JB made millions running the company into the ground, we went from one of the best corporate cultures in the US, a company that many people wanted to work for to a sweat shop in just a few years. Say what you want about Elliot Mgt, they were right on in their scathing letter to Wall Street. I don't see this company making a comeback with the remaining god awful leadership team that we have.

Crown is one of many. The American business model is broken. Greed is in control, not excellence. It’s not about providing the best service or product. $200+ million dollars to run a company into the ground should be a crime. That’s just JB’s take. If you add up all of the Exec’s, maybe close to $1 Billion. Even the long term shareholders are getting sc--wed on this one! That good old REIT dividend stock in your retirement portfolio.

I feel him. Being laid off after 10 to 30 years of service would su-k more compared to someone here less than 5 years straight. The person with less than 5 years service is more employable to other companies than a job clinger with decades of straight service for Crown/legacy orgs.

Another thing this is for the id--t that first commented on this post which is correct. I worked at this place for 20 plus years had several different supervisors I get a new supervisor work for this guy for maybe two. And he's been under investigation at least once I know of maybe more. I get laid off cuz he didn't like me, worst supervisor I ever had and I guess I let him know that too much. I'm not perfect but I managed to keep my job over 20 years until this a* decided he didn't like me That's the corruptness of this place guys like him kept their jobs and got to sit there fat a-s in their homes working there never hardly lifting a f* finger. Working at his home long before COVID people that's work that crown long enough know what that is. The guy kept his job my supervisor because of who he knew not because he was a good supervisor cuz he had buddies they drank beer went to the bars together in one of those guys just got in the position to help him. This happened to a lot of good people especially in that first layoff.

B* dude this is isn't normal this company was a rocket ship till about 16 until some doof a-s f* took over. It would have fell faster except the economy from 16 to 20 was pretty damn good but once that went away it didn't take too long for all the f* wheels to come off. Anybody that's worked there over 20 years knows that

The first part of the story is true. The result remains to be determined.
