Floating holidays do not payout so be sure to take them before you resign.
Yes, but only on accrued PTO, not the full year. ((Total yearly PTO/12)*(# of months so far this year))-PTO already taken
Why not have government mandated time off like every other real country instead of privatized corporate PTO nonsense
Yes, you get the check about 2 weeks after your last day.
