Anyone else just trying to milk as many paychecks as we can and waiting for the market to get better?
I’m doing the absolutely bare minimum to just have this time go by before I find somewhere which is actually good for my career

Keep yourself busy with home projects, go on vacation and call into meetings from there, work on a side business online. What other companies allows you to do all this and still get paid 6 figure income.
Same here. I love this company. I work from home since 2020 and call into these stupid meetings once a day. It's not bad for getting paid 6 figure income and work on my home projects. Some of my co-workers are working online side business while they are getting paid by Ford as well.
You all should be doing this while Ford is still in business.
