Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

Lost Programs

I wonder how many programs L3Harris has lost since they laid off their top talent?

@aj I told everyone I could I wanted the lay-off, had 40+ years in and was ready to go (retire)!

L3H didn't lay off talented people. They laid off people that were hired after the talent left. Talented people don't wait to be laid off. They know their value and have the courage to move to greener pastures. The most recent hires were a feeble attempt to replace what was lost.
This is what happens when leadership has no idea who is doing the real work.

When laying people off no longer floats the company stock upwards, there won't be anything else. Without real organic growth from new contracts, there will be no way to satisfy the investor thirst for instant gratification. When this happens, L3H will sell off chunks of the company as a last ditch effort to feed them. The company will break apart and be sold off in pieces.
L3Harris will end as a company in less than 5 years.

That is a ball still rolling down the alley. It's not so much the lost programs but the new ones they will never get.
