To search for jobs on workday after I had to filter out 90% of the professional white collar jobs that I used to be able to choose from and work towards because this company only hires Indians now.

JPM, GS, Morgan Stanley,BNYM and Nuveen they all been doing it and they have the blessing of the administration because those campaign checks have cleared LOL. At least wells fargo will have lend money out to indians and keep their savings to stay in business. No one in USA will be able to bank at wells without having money.

Am I the only one who's noticed the qualifications for roles are more lax for jobs outside the states? I've seen req after req that shows if you live in the states you need +2 years or +4 years experience and for other countries years of experience aren't required, it just says "you need experience".
They're just throwing it in your face that they want someone overseas because its cheaper.
it's easy to filter, just select America's for your location. currently around 3.5 to 1 US to India jobs in workday.

Just ask one of the Indians to steal or create a new identity for you, apply to the role, talk to the AI Indian recruiter then start in India. You will pay less taxes in rupees and be farther ahead than your peers for speaking fluent English. You just need to identify as a desi.
