@ak finally karma is catching up on experience teams. They choked the entire customer experience because of their massive egos and internal politics.

Digital Experience team - Yes
Entire CXO- No

Some people are nice but not required such as strategy team who creates strategy deck entire year which no one is going to implement. Hard Truth

I work in Marketing and collaborate extensively with CXOs, so I can say with confidence that the team under Atal is much better than the Experience team. The Experience team is slowing everyone down. Even Atal’s team is frustrated with the Experience team, which used to be under Chris Paul. From what I know, the Experience Design team is also frustrated with the Digital CX team.
