Prime time to implement RTO

After research showed that it has already been a failed policy. Well, at least it will drive away the best ones— but for free, mind you.

Timing is unknown. One source on-line specified 2-3 weeks until official communication.
Additional unknowns:

  1. Effective Date(s)
  2. Locations as is or relocations
  3. Assigned seating
  4. Flexhours or not

Yes, fist fights, and even worse.

Take 1,000s of disgruntled, pi---d off, exhausted, frustrated, and stressed out employees 5/week and put them all together in the same seats daya after day with all kinds of noise and chaos and disruption, and its just a matter of time before it comes to physical blows due to people snapping.
Think it cant happen?
Think again.

Wait until the permanent assigned seats in the open office floor plans arrive, plus relocations due to lack of seating in certain locales. Not to mention the bickering, arguing, fist fights and general chaos that will ensue when you start packing hundreds of employees per floor in rows of 8 elbow to elbow 5 days a week.

Let the games begin!!!

I really think this is the point - get them to leave for free.

Nice legacy for Jamie to leave - this is going to drive people away. Especially in places where the employees will have to absorb the extra cost for 2 more days of parking and/or public transportation, not to mention the additional time spent commuting.
