I know I'm not safe from it based on last year when two of our best were PIPed. If it happened to me, I'd make sure to behave like those who are really deserving of being PIPed from that point on and spend most of my time looking for a new job, not caring about productivity or completing projects or anything else. We all know PIPs are a joke here, so I would treat it as such.

Yes I confirm that I got NI instead of NSI. Less than 5 years service with NI get the PIP/PIL
There will be a lot of engineering employees leaving and some already took the PIL.
Will be more if it’s true about the pension going away.
If you are less than five years and NI, you are on MLRP
@amtx+1nSU8neF This can't be right. NI doesn't get you PIPed or PILed. You have to be NSIed. With NI you are still kinda safe. But, the fu----g HR department might have changed the rules without saying a word and I might be wrong. Please, confirm that you were NIed and not NSIed. If it's true then all he-l will break lose among current "associates" (have you noticed that they call us associates now and not employees?)
I can’t wrap my head around it but I was given the option to choose PIP or PIL. I chose the PIP option and waiting on my awesome plan!
I got NI and will have 5 years in next April.
I’m not sure how I feel now but I was really mad at first when I know I have co workers that don’t do much at all!
I have considered leaving too.
52 is safe zone
I had decided that if I got PIP (I'm 52) I would likely just walk out right then but damn I'm so close to getting there. When they said I was "good" I still wanted to punch the guy, my heart was racing. Yes dear, you delivered amazing results but these people who have never worked with you have decided you're not as good as their people. Um, yeah, okay.
It’s not a question of if, it’s a question of when. Best to gtfo now when you’re not under the g-n to get out. Let the d-mbazzes have this heck hole
