I know what HW3 is. But what does TMTS stand for and what is it about?
Assume it has to do with moving jobs to low cost locations.

HW3 = How and Where We Work
Initiative launched in F&L (Fuels and Lubes, i.e. Downstream) by the “late” Bryan Milton.
Basically move as many position as possible in low salary cost countries (India, Malaysia, you name it).
Haha! You're funny about assessing for WFH employees.
WFH is never going to happen at exxonmobil. It's a similar discussion a– (all our competitors have it but EM is stuck on working 5 days a work)
@anj supposedly a study. More curious if it will result in VMWares Future Work initiative where employees can permanently wfh with their salary adjusted for home location.
All the power to KL and BTC. It is much better than the third grade employees from U. of Pune, I.C.T., U.D.C.T., Anna University etc. that you folks have gathered in Houston. They talk nonsense, do nothing and poison the productive environment all around. We will do better here at BTC and KL.

What's the meaning of HW3?
As a process engineer...sounds like this is the endgame
Hopefully HW3 gets rid of layers of management & useless overhead functions in Spring, Clinton, and Dallas.
How and where we work
What is HW3?
I hear it'll shift out process engineering and equipment strategy tasks to KL engineering. Essentially offloading tedious time consuming work to lost cost employees.
It may offshore Equipment strategy engineers at the site, but contact engineering duties will still be required onsite.
Transforming Manufacturing Technical Support.
