Some loose evidence of 29 people - have names but will not share.. either today or next few days...feel so sad for them..
Its hard when they are implementing these little pi-s ant terminations here and there. One MD here, 4 specialists there. It's nearly impossible to keep track of all these little plinks at the workforce.
Surely this is not the most efficient way to save 500 million dollars.
Wish people respond by stating the org, band etc rather than just putting some numbers. All these posts are anonymous and Schwab doesn’t care to really track them.

This will drag on. They have us right where they want us. Not many will forfeit a potential severance to leave early. They can take as long as they want…. And they know it. Truly $hitty of them. This is not the same company it was even 6 months ago. Something bigger is going on behind the scenes for them to be this careless about employee morale.
