@b1 guarantee this is with respect to Leadership if anything. I'm legacy WellCare and a LOT of those leaders should have been GONE.

G&A Service Operations should clean house.

there's a whole Senior Director in one org who only has one direct report who has three people reporting to them. I know for a fact that Senior Director comes from Capital One and those people are thick as thieves... why are they in that role? connections, no other reason.

So I heard WellCare legacy is more impacted because I heard certain roles are making 30k more than others. Those are impacted more than individuals who are not part of WellCare legacy.

@ap there was one thread where someone asked if we did our research before applying to Centene, and people pointed out in the comments that some of us came from acquisitions.

What exactly have you heard about those that come from Wellcare? Is it good or bad? I have not read anything specific about Legacy Wellcare in the forums.

@aa correct and if you see "LWCG" it stands for Legacy WellCare Group.

there were about 12,000 of us at the time of acquisition back in 2020. not sure how many of us remain.

It’s people who are part of Centene because they came over in the WellCare buyout. Lots of those teams still operate in legacy WellCare software as well.
