Thread regarding IBM layoffs

How many of your posts just disappear from this site?

Lots of cancel culture and ghosting and shadow banning going on at this site. Not as transparent or useful or truthful as it used to be. I assume IBM is putting it's foot on the scale of truth justice and the American Way.

There was a post about ICE trucks spotted congregating in the new parking garage on the Albany site last week that is mysteriously gone now too. Strange

regarding deletions, someone posted this on another forum, source bellow:

When you post here, on Glassdoor or on any other social media, you can bet that HR is reading it cause it’s their job to read anything written about 3M, but they lack the power to remove these posts since they don't own or control these platforms.

HR can only flag posts that are illegal or breach the platform's rules, and only if that turns out to be true, the post gets pulled by site mods/site owners.

To ensure your post remains intact, make sure it complies with the platform’s rules: avoid offensive language, personal attacks, and naming non-executive individuals. When critiquing management, center your feedback on their performance rather than their appearance or personality.
And that’s how any of us can write a hush truth that doesn’t get taken down from social media.

@as same thing on LinkedIn etc. Your comments to posts are deleted and when they do not like what you rite they block you. Cowards and cheerleaders all. We should have gone on strike with a walk out within 90 days are Gerstner arriving but we were 100% loyal to IBM and were "sheeple" sadly.

@ar - That is the problem. People find it convenient to talk about people who are the problem on an anonymous board, but don't want to talk directly to the people who are the problem.

Disappearing posts are a way of controlling posts and people, and squashing dissenting views.

At least 40%+ of the so called "offensive" posts disappear on this site, thanks to Arvind and his IBM Management cronies. Truth, justice and the American way is not how these people run IBM, which is an American company listed on the US stock exchange.

To make the comments permanent, why not send them to IBM executives directly on LinkedIn in addition to posting here?
