RTO Hunger Games Week 11 Comes to an End

Headcount is steadily dropping but open desks are still hard to come by. The heat has been turned up! If you don’t play the presence report game then you will be defamed! Just ask your pals from last week!

So far 10,962 employees have volunteered as tribute and left in hopes of finding greener pastures and/or saving others’ jobs. We are really starting to see the pain show in the eyes of those who remain, aren’t we!? RTO sure is taking its toll. Will you quit too, or can you keep on doing this? Only the strong will survive.

Just remember, in the end there can only be ONE winner! Keep fighting, and HAPPY HUNGER GAMES!!!

"Are you shaking your cane at us too?"

Tell me, would you settle for less than that, brat? Millennials are just in their 40s, no cane yet. Dimbass.

"Dear Millennial,

You're not part of "the younger generations" anymore.
Your time came and has quickly gone.
The youngest in your cohort are now just 1 year from turning 30.
All other Millennials are in your 30s to mid-40s...LOL.

Your ship has sailed.
And most of you have missed the boat.
It's all about Gen Z & Alphas now, f@rtface!"

Go fu-k yourself.

And u think gen z and alphas would like the same stuck up reasoning like the dinosaur boomers? They are the worst. Millenials at least would settle for hybrid, gen zs and alpha? Straight up not going to work the 40hrs and hybrid. Those entitled brats want remote, 20 to 30hrs a week with 200k salaries.

Recent studies show that over 70% of US employers STILL operate on a “hybrid” mode
...as most employees prefer a hybrid work arrangement, citing the benefits of flexibility and work-life balance.

" Most companies and Government entities are moving back to the RTO Model that we were pre-Covid"

Has been, and remains, 1000 percent false.

“ RTO Model that we were pre-Covid. “

That model was hybrid here at T since about 2005. With a lot of people being fully remote for decades. I don’t think anyone would complain about going back to where we were before Covid when your Director or AVP set the work location/status for their teams. Hold people accountable that aren’t producing or found to not be doing their jobs. It’s easy.

This also highlights, just how clueless the troll posters are. The RTO policies are all about getting rid of people. That has be stated time and time again by Trump, Elon and other CEOs. Don’t pi-s on me and tell me it’s raining.

“RTO is here to stay. It is not going away. You might as well go eat at a buffet. Most companies and Government entities are moving back to the RTO Model that we were pre-Covid. “

Boomer.
So easy to tell!

Guess what. The younger generations want flexibility. If this company doesn’t give it to them, they will go somewhere that will. If you think losing young talent is a winning strategy, it’s really not.

Signed,
Millennial
