I would say hang in and make them pay you but if an amazing opportunity comes that you just can’t pass up ask if you can be voluntarily put on the RIF and still get a package for leaving. You may not but at least you know you asked first.
Exactly. I am really concerned of job security, but I’ve been here nearly 18 years. I will hopefully get a reasonable pay off. So not jumping ship yet.
Hoping to make it to fully vested about 9 months. But the way it is looking that will be a miracle. Who knows at this rate!
