Is Eagan, Ann Arbor & Frisco Slowly Moving Overseas?

Everyday I am seeing more new hires in the Philippines & Mexico. MX doesn't get it no matter how hard you train them.

@14h+1jwyqwgfc you make a good point re grammatical errors. Sadly, the standard of editing and writing appears to be in decline. For example, split infinitives now appear to be the norm. People who have a high standard of English, in my opinion, are certainly not highly regarded by management - hence their low remuneration.

@13m Your comment should say "WELL" enough. And @aw, it should be "fewer and fewer." And OP, it should be "every day." "Everyday" is an adjective and "every day" means “each day.” I don't like the loss of jobs either, but every comment on here that contains >1 word has a fundamental grammar error. Act like you deserve your jobs.

In the past, someone was in charge of training Philippines new hires. Every single one failed the training. For U.S. employees, they would have been let go at that point, but management wanted us to train them again. We ended up training them 3 times in a row. None of them ever passed since they just didn't understand the English language good enough. They were all hired, regardless.

All possible jobs are moving to "low-cost centers" like Mexico, Poland and India. I wouldn't even call it "slowly". There will be less and less jobs in the USA as time goes on.
