How do we fight back as Employees? By Exposing AT&T at every opportunity. Document Everything: unattainable Sales goals? A culture of Falsifying metrics to make weekly, monthly, quarterly numbers? Fearmongering? Scare tactics? Threats, Intimidation, Etc. Keep those emails, save those records, keep a paper Trail — they will be useful to Expose the bad behavior that is rampant and commonplace in this Company. If expected to work late without pay, if that is the expectation from above get it in writing. Document. The media and lawyers will have a field day if enough people speak out regarding the scare tactics. We outnumber them.

@ax see if you still feel that way in February.
@d4 sorry stank, nice try.
Complain and remain.
@d4 Nope don’t quit. Make them fire you. Then make them prove they are holding everyone to the same standard. Enjoy the settlement check because they have no case.
You quit! It is at will employment. They owe you nothing so move on.
How do you Fight a Bully ....... put a Spotlight on them.
"There's more coming in the media"
Dominic at it again!
There's more coming in the media re: the recent survey results, Stank's email, Presence Report and monitoring of management employees , etc. Sit tight.
The mere fact that this was posted proves how d-mb and ball-less y’all are. If you haven’t fought back by now you never will. Pointless. Just roll over and shut up.
The company won’t last that long. Somebody will buy this husk and sell the parts.
@OP Go to an employee-side Employment Lawyer with the evidence you collect. There are millions in the USA who will salivate at suing AT&T. The US Government will most likely also sue AT&T for the illegal activities.
What you described is similar if not exactly the same as what Wells Fargo bank did to its customers and employees. W!tch F@rtgo practically ran a casino heist against its customers and stole money.
The Federal Government and several bank regulators imposed monetary fines in the hundreds of millions of dollars against W!tch F@rtgo, and restricted the bank's ability to expand or do business (can't sell certain products for x-number of years; can't sell products in specific states, countries or regions; can not do any acquisitions of other banks or financial firms, etc.).
AT&T's CEO is creating and encouraging Trojan Horses who will bring down Rome-AT&T. Rome was Not built in one day, and Rome was Not destroyed in one day.
Trojan Horses-Employees will be inflicting De@th By a Thousand Cuts, surreptitiously sabotaging, unraveling, pulling on AT&T's fabric a little at a time, because what else can the employees have to lose ?? They're already getting Fvcked every which way by AT&T or rather, AS&S.
Just keep your head down for the next 2 years. The Stank will retire and everything will change.
You can't fight city hall. AT&T will always have the upper hand, as it should be.
