@ay Probably because he works hard and stays consistent. Maybe others should try the working hard and less complaining part.
Why would he leave? He is sitting on thousands of shares and collecting them every quarter. Even if the stock is low, he is still making a lot on top of his salary. He would have to get a very good offer to leave.
