What diversity is there? On the IT side it's just Indians.
All you have to do is watch what chase is doing, to know what Fiserv does. Jamie is Frank’s idol
H1B (cheap foreigners), Women, Veterans (boomers and ptsd), College Interns (young and no experience), Trans, everyone at Fiserv is "DEI" according to this board.
But I do know one thing: fire everyone and just hire competent people. maybe then Fiserv will be competent.

Vets should not be considered first, just pick the best candidate. I don't think any veteran needs it or gives a sh-t. They could work at the VA or as a military contractor if they want that kind of thing. Fiserv is not a good company for quality of life or anything else, it's very stupid to recommend anyone work here at all.
@a2+1jjyhgq7r Agreed. How does Fiserv have only Indian tech employees if there are no O1? Does the USA not have other employees to hire in all the tech layoffs from Google and Facebook? Isn't it illegal to have this many H1B?

@e0+1jjyhgq7r Most veterans who could even be hired are overqualified to work at a place like Fiserv to begin with. So it would be like reverse DEI if Fiserv could even afford to hire any of them!

Vets have nothing to do with it.
It's the bull we have been forced fed and shoved down our throats the last few years. Some get it, others don't. That's on you.
Get rid of military bullsh-t groups. Thank your veteran but they do deserve special treatment. Most of them are a--holes anyway.
Finally Fiserv can get rid of everything DEI. Especially the Military Leadership Council. We need to hire the most qualified individuals. Not give special treatment for someone just because they are a veteran!
Or did you guys forget that you were attacking veterans when you attack DEI? What other lies have you been told to be mad about?

The people that are taking jobs aren't DEI, it's the HB-1 hires that we would be concerned about.
